01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2299bdt platform — including the website at https://2299bdt.club, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, sports betting markets, and account services available therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 2299bdt platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as updated from time to time.

2299bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2299bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 2299bdt does not accept cryptocurrency, bank wire transfers to foreign accounts, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 2299bdt wallet typically within seconds for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on your card issuer.

• 2299bdt does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is unavailable, in which case KYC verification will be required before an alternative method is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 2299bdt will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. A dormancy fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant account balances after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

2299bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 2299bdt are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on 2299bdt bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

Bonus Eligibility

06 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 2299bdt — whether on sports markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, snooker, basketball, and others) or on casino games (slots, live casino, crash games) — are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted when 2299bdt's system confirms the bet and a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to you. In the event of a system error, disconnection, or display fault that prevents confirmation, the bet may be voided at 2299bdt's discretion. Any bet placed after an event has already commenced (where in-play betting is not offered for that market) will be voided and the stake returned.

Odds and Payouts

All odds displayed on 2299bdt are in decimal format unless the player has selected an alternative format in their account settings. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Voids and Refunds

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2299bdt and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Placing bets on behalf of another person using their account, or allowing another person to place bets using your account.

2299bdt operates automated fraud detection and manual review processes. We cooperate with relevant authorities where evidence of criminal conduct is identified. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have all associated funds voided and their data retained for compliance purposes.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your 2299bdt account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure in writing. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be voided. Real-money balances (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Suspension or Closure by 2299bdt

2299bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or support team.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be able to create a new account on 2299bdt.
